The acting in this show is S tier, it lets you forgive a lot when there is any lack in the story and script. Rumpelstiltskin in this show is one of my favourite characters ever because of that performance and range.

Agreed. I forgive the CGI budget 😅 it’s great show and concept otherwise, and great actors!

@@Eowyn187 Yes! Good description for it! The only reason is he didn't steal the entire show is the other actors are also fantastic - but ho boy Robert Carlyle gives gives such a ridiculously high bar!

I love the Tallahassee episode and the parallel between the past (Emma/Neal) and the present (Emma/Killian). I feel so much for Emma in it. She was only 18, she was just a teenager. And her entire life, she has thought she was unloved and unloving. She was completely alone. And then she met a guy, and she fell in love with him and he loved her, she was happy, she had butterflies for the first time of her live, she had dreams, and suddenly, after all the promises of a happy future (not very legal, but still), everything fell apart. From what she knows, she has been screwed up, betrayed by the man she loved. She was 18, she was alone, in jail, and pregnant. The poor girl had nothing left (except a car, yeaaaaah)... I hated Neal for what he did to her, but I hated August even more. They both screwed her up. Yes, her destiny was supposed to break the curse, but it was never said she had to remain alone to do it. It's not surprising Emma can't trust anyone but herself. Not surprising she has built strong walls to protect herself. And it's so sad, because you can see how much she is troubled by Killian, and also how genuine he is with her and how much he can read in her. I love Colin O'Donoghue's acting when his voice breaks saying "Have I told you a lie?", and I am broken everytime Emma answers "I can't take a chance that I'm wrong about you". She is troubled with him, but she just can't let down her guard. There are too many risks. And it's painful to see her feel this way all the time. Yes, I really love this episode, because there are so many details in it. I suggest you to rewatch it at some points, Sofie, and also to be careful to the music during some Emma and Killian scenes. This music comes back a lot, and you will notice it for sure. :-) PS : And I love the chemistry between Jennifer Morrison and Colin O'Donoghue, they are fantastic together.

Prince Charming having no more idea who Dr Whale is than the audience and Whale saying he's from a different land to the Enchanted Forest were both foreshadowing one of the more interesting aspects of the show...

Dr. Whale got his name, because the director of the 1931 Frankenstein movie was named James Whale.

For you saying they carried the show on their backs question for ya are they then why it got canceled in s7? It’s honestly rude to all other cast to say it only was carried by two people. It wasn’t a two person show.

@@alyce831 firstly , what i meant by "carrying the show" that they were the reason i watched it and they were the best actors , i didnt say the rest of the cast sucked, they all did great however, those are my fav, everyone gets to have a bias in a show , i dont have to like everyone equally , that is MY personal opinion, you dont get to have a say in or say im wrong, Honestly, what is "rude" is you replying to a comment not directed at you and thinking you are part of the conversation, this was directed to the creator not you .. get a lfe

That's exactly why August did it, if she kept Henry, she would have never made it to storybrooke, you said it yourself that getting Henry back was the driving force of season 1.

Great reactions to both episodes! 😊 I've been looking forward to to these episode reactions. With episode 2x05, we finally get to Hook and Emma's first meeting. Episode 2x06(Tallahassee) has always been one of my favorite episodes of the whole series. You learn that the man in the very beginning of the season 2 episode is Neil, Henry's father. The scenes with Killian and Emma are the absolute BEST! 24:10 - 24:20 Fun Fact: That scene when Hook(you'll see me go back and forth with me calling him Killian or Hook a lot)tying that handkerchief was improvised by Colin O'Donoghue. And I'll always love the chemistry between Colin O'Donoghue and Jennifer Morrison. Looking forward to your next reaction. 😊

I really, really disliked August watching OUAT. Probably because I always hated Pinoccio as well.🙃Hook is a charmer and I think a great addition to the vibe of the cast. Love your reactions. Wonderful you started this show.🥰

02:25 Geeze,I hate this scene!X-[[[ 03:46 OH,GEEZE!!!😱I didn't realize this was *THAT* episode!!!!!😰I watched the 1st OUaT season all in Italian,then when S2 came out in English I wanted to wait for the italian dubbing but the problem is *everyone* was already commenting the episodes online,INCLUDING the Italian community so eventually I surrendered and I started to watch S2 in English and then in Italian. I got several scenes spoiled and 1 of them was the scene in which Regina killed Daniel. I waited *DAYS* to watch this ep because I didn't have the guts to do it.Eventually I did and when I got to _that_ scene 12:43 - 13:30 I thought I handled it well...but just a few moments after it ended *I BURSTED OUT CRYING* and I went on for I don't know how many minutes _while_ the ep was still going on!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I thought about it and I think what *destroyed me* wasn't Daniel's death alone,but the scene where Regina was fighting VS David 11:35 - 11:44 she was _desperately_ trying to stop him,but without magic she's so tiny and weak,she had no chance to win a pure physical fight...I think that's what did it for me...I couldn't bare to see her like that. It was the 1st of the 4 times I bursted in tears watching OUaT...and all 4 have to do with Regina!💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 07:42 - 07:43 She's not Evil. 14:33 Another scene I *DEEPLY,DEEPLY HATE!* 🤬🤬🤬💢💢💢 15:31 - 15:46 *Exactly.* That's why I *NEVER* call her the _Evil_ Queen! 17:09 - 17:15 Technically it's both.
