The doctor in this episode (Alexandra Chando) played in another cw show called The Lying Game, and the funny thing is that she played twins, Emma and Sutton. Who were a LOT like Elena and Katherine lmao. And her mannerisms and stuff ALWAYS reminded me of Nina. Weird casting choice there lol.

The heartache of knowing what the Salvatore’s are, Damon seeing his little brother that way. I honestly don’t even hate the last seasons at all, it does so well with working on the Salvatore’s themselves. Sure some things are meh, but still a solid story line
