The cake looks astounding mam. I was wondering if I could bake the cake in a single cake tin and then cut it into three equal halves, rather than baking it in three different cake tins. I just want to ask you can we make gulabjamun cake bondi cake as a wedding cake. If I can make it please let me know if I can make them one week before the wedding and then keep it in th fridge. Hi..really a nice recipe but just wanted to know..if the curd needs to b sour or normal one? Cz the base made by curd become hard after cooling...is there anything we can add in place of curd

Hi Smita.. just use normal curd and I have never experienced the base becoming hard using curd in fact it keeps the cake uber moist. This is the base recipe that I use for all my cake orders as well and have never experienced any bad reviews, do give it a try once and share your experience.. thank you :)

Not possible to whip the cream without beater unless you have a strong muscle.. :D but unfortunately I do not get non dairy whipping cream in my part of the world so I cannot make one.. sorry
