For kadhi-
curd 1cup
besan 4tbsp
haldi powder 1/2tsp
Salt 1tsp
water 5cup
For pakoda-
besan 1cup
Salt 1/2tsp
haldi powder 1/2tsp
Green chili 1
chili powder 1tsp
ajwain 1/4tsp
roughly cut onion 1
water (according to batter)
oil for frying Chopped coriander leaves 1/2cup
Tempering-
ghee 3tsp
mustard 1tsp
cumin 1tsp methi 1/2tsp
red chilli 2
hing (a pinch)
kadi Pata 4-5
chili powder 1/4tsp
preparation-
make pakoda. Add pakoda to kadhi. lastly tempering.
