🔎Oggi, prepariamo una TORTA RICOTTA E MELE sofficissima, profumata e dal gusto unico.
🇮🇹 INGREDIENTI PER UNO STAMPO DA 24CM:
4 uova medie
220 gr di zucchero
250 gr di ricotta
240 gr di farina 0/00
80 gr di olio di girasole
16 gr di lievito vanigliato
3 gr di vaniglia in polvere
1 fiala di rum
2 mele
1 cucchiaio di zucchero preso dal peso totale
1 cucchiaio di succo di limone
CUOCERE IN FORNO VENTILATO A 175° PER 45 MINUTI CIRCA.
FARE LA PROVA STECCHINO PRIMA DI SFORNARE.
🇬🇧 INGREDIENTS FOR A 24CM MOULD:
4 medium eggs
220 gr of sugar
250 gr of ricotta
240 gr of flour
80 gr of sunflower oil
16 gr of baking powder
3 gr of vanilla powder
1 vial of rum
2 apples
1 tablespoon sugar taken from the total weight
1 tablespoon lemon juice
BAKE IN A VENTILATED OVEN AT 175° FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES.
DO THE TOOTHPICK TEST AFTER COOKING.
🇫🇷 INGRÉDIENTS POUR UN MOULE DE 24CM :
4 œufs moyens
220 gr de sucre
250 gr de ricotta
240 gr de farine T45
80 gr d’huile de tournesol
16 gr de levure chimique
3 gr de vanille en poudre
1 flacon de rhum
2 pommes
1 cuillère à soupe de sucre prélevé sur le poids total
1 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron
CUIRE AU FOUR VENTILÉ À 175° PENDANT ENVIRON 45 MINUTES.
FAITES LE TEST DU CURE-DENT A LA FIN DE LA CUISSON.
🇪🇸 INGREDIENTES PARA UN MOLDE DE 24CM:
4 huevos medianos
220 gr de azúcar
250 gr de ricota
240 gr de harina
80 gr de aceite de girasol
16 gr de levadura quimica
3 gr de vainilla en polvo
1 vial de ron
2 manzanas
1 cucharada de azúcar tomada del peso total
1 cucharada de jugo de limón
HORNEAR EN UN HORNO VENTILADO A 175° DURANTE UNOS 45 MINUTOS.
HAGA LA PRUEBA DEL PALILLO DESPUES DE COCINAR.

4 بيضات متوسطة الحجم
220 غرام من السكر
250 غرام من الريكوتا
240 غرام من الدقيق
80 غرام من زيت عباد الشمس
16 غرام من خميرة الفانيليا
3 غرام من مسحوق الفانيليا
1 أمبولة من الروم
2 تفاح
1 ملعقة كبيرة سكر مأخوذة من الوزن الكلي
1 ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون
تخبز في فرن جيد التهوية على درجة حرارة 175 درجة مئوية لمدة 45 دقيقة.
قم بإجراء اختبار المسواك قبل الخبز.
