Mitch- You are feeling rebellious when you are skipping but this causes you anxiety and brings you back to a point in your life when you were nervous. Grace- You dream lucidley (phisically) which is why when you move around in your sleep, you move in your dream. This can lead to sleepwalking, so try and relax when you sleep. Scott- You probably have this dream when your brain it waking up. You are in the place between sleep and conciousness. Your brain is very creative!

Me too! I think it might be something to do with still being in REM sleep but your body has been disturbed enough to enter a more wakeful sleep such that your brain realizes your eyes are closed but you are still dreaming. Thus, your brain compensates with a "blind dream" of sorts. Sorry if that didn't make any sense; I'm a little drunk.

I was in a musical when I was 12 and I had 3 lines. Guess what happened! I forgot my lines and everyone could hear the main character whispering my lines to me as I repeated them slightly louder... I was so embarrassed I could not move. The show was recorded and in the few weeks that followed everyone kept asking me how I could have forgotten my lines and why I froze on stage in front of 473 people. I never played in a musical again. I went in to stage decor instead.

My stage fright is still very much there, but there are plenty of things to do in the world that don't require performing on stage. I have become a mechanical engineer and product designer, so I'm fine.

I hope you learn to gain confidence soon, I wouldn't know how to empathise with you though but I genuinely hope that the nerves will go away and you can participate in more opportunities that come your way. I once had a really, really, REALLY bad dream where me and PTX were scouring this really creepy city looking for something (I think it was a stolen jewel) but the city was inhabited only by Stormtroopers and one Darth Vader. We split up and me and Mitch went down a dark alleyway. Suddenly Mitch got tackled by random Stormtroopers and I tried to go back for him but he yelled at me to go on. Then they killed him. I had to beg in the streets to pay for his funeral. I woke up crying and sweating. This dream occurs a lot to me, except with different people, but the PTX one stuck to me the most.

I wish I had recurring dreams, or dreams at all. Your body produces a hormone that prevents you from physically acting out your dreams (even though your brain is signalling your body to do so). When this hormone is over produced, you will think you are unable to move a body part (like opening your eyes) in your dream. Or, sleep paralysis can occur. When the hormone is under produced, a person would sleep walk.
