Olden days podi was ground in stone mills. So they used to be coarse. Nowadays they use machines to make it fine, which is different. Also good podi should have lot of dal.

Superb Alka, nachni dosa zaroor try karna chahungi. Just 1 small correction, it is aapam (2 times 'a' like how we say aamchi Mumbai) and not appam. Dono mein farak hai 😊 And pakka share karna aap kaise poha banate ho and other videos on lifestyle. Looking forward to watching them 😊
