Chat is good , but hot food in plastic? ( cancer causing) Suggest u to motivate hotel owners to use leaf plates or atleast put leafes in plastic plates. If i were a leaf plate vendor, i would have made u a brand ambassdor.

My mother being a Sindhi I know all these Yummy mouth watering dishes but for serving Chaat the restaurant owners must use leaf plates as they are healthy and safe plastic plates cause cancer when come in contact with hot food.

The pakwan will go better with "bhaji" as in pao bhaji or choley as in tikki choley. The food seems to be tasty Mam , you missed the prices though. The chaamp is a Punjabi item that has crept into Sindhi cuisine it seems. Even some Chinese in chat / snack shops is fine nowadays. Gobhi Manchurian, a few types of noodles/ fried rice . What finally matters is taste and value for money.

We eat pakwan with tea too as an evening snack though I like it more with the dal. I have shown the menu in the video and chaat items start from Rs. 50

Partition turned everything upside down, Ulhasnagar now has Sindhi vegetarian dishes, Delhi along with its regional cuisine also has Punjabi dishes many secret masala from Pakistani Punjab, and Karachi has Delhite West Upite non veg dishes moslty due to indian muslim immigration to Pakistan... I always make a point of having Elco Pani puri when in India ..We normally stay inJuhu area and it is the only pani puri i like but this one look just the same and i Love Sindhi style Chole Patish so a Definitely a Place for me to visit, Also being a vegetarian it has extra appeal as a Veg Restaurant, Thank You.
