you can try giving only soft food in the morning and then remove the soft food in evening and then provide seed mix. Then in the night remove the seed mix. Then again next morning only soft food and seed mix in evening. Follow this for 7 to 10 days. Because they are hungry in the morning and only option available to them is soft food .... slowly they will start eating it.

Take there seed mix out of cage an hour before you give them soft food and do not put the seed mix into there cage while you serve them with soft food after they've eaten soft food than you can put the seed mix back again do this for 3 or 4 days and they'll be use to of that
