Ingredients: (20 pieces)
Flour +/- 450 grams
Hot water - 100 ml
Butter - 50 grams
Sugar - 260 grams
Egg - 1 piece
Vanilla
Pinch of salt
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Spices:
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom - 1/4 tsp
Bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Baking time and temperature may vary depending on the oven.
Glaze:
Powdered sugar - 150 grams
Water - about 7 tsp
Lemon juice - 1-2 tsp (optional)
