i need help finding concealers for my skin tone mainly to help dark circles under eyes .its either 2 dark or 2 light..what do you recommend? ... also ... best way to apply eyeshadow for someone who doesnt apply makeup daily ..just for special occasions etc

You should correct dark circle with a salmon colored corrector if you are fair-light/medium skin toned, or orange if you are medium-dark skin toned. Correctors are applied prior to foundation and are barely blended, then covered by a light layer of foundation. You can then apply and concealer about a shade lighter than your natural skin tone to the under eye area or leave it as it and set with powder.
