Jesus this is excellent and new playing me friend. As well as the piano sounds. You should make songs just doing this kinda thing.

@lonophonic117 Thanks so much for the kind words!! I love meditating on these progressions and resonating with motifs - I can play like this for hours! If you look at the older videos on my channel, I did this type of playing by a beautiful dock and lagoon - sunrise and sunset meditation. I hope you enjoy!

I love the White Grand!

@teamrickq7733 Me too! I use it the most out of all the grands. It's very balanced throughout the entire range of the keyboard. Can't beat that Steinway quality!

nothing beats nord on piano

Yes, a REAL piano would lol

@@singsinghai1505 🤣🤣 I agree. There's a Yamaha G2 grand piano sitting right behind me. While the Nord offers dozens of "perfect" samples of many expensive pianos, nothing beats the touch and feedback from a real piano. I'm classically trained and its not very conducive to practice on the Nord's TP40M keybed which was selected for its suitableness to organ and synthesizer playing. I was debating between getting the Yamaha YC/CP keyboard and the Nord because of the Yamaha's upright-like wood action but ultimately decided on the Nord because of its synthesizer and independent effect chains for 6 of its 7 layers.

The YC key action is very stiff compared to something like a kawai mp11se. I didn't feel the good connection with it. I own a Nord stage 4 and it feels better to play for me compared to the YC, but I will say the kawai mp11se was the best piano experience I've ever had on a slab piano

@@masonjahncke7844 To each their own! I personally found that I could play piano more dynamically and expressively on the YC BECAUSE of its stiffness. I've never played the Kawai MP11SE but I looked it up and it's a behemoth! They probably fit an awesome hammer action keybed in it, kind of like the Kawai keybed on the Nord Grand. Speaking of the Nord Grand, I *have* tried it and found it to be more responsive than the YC but the keys still feel cheap and plasticky compared to the wood keys of the YC.

@@jacobhpan I guess it's more the connection I feel when playing the Nord. I'll agree the hollowness or lightness feeling of the Nord sometimes detracts in the moment of expressive feeling, but there is something about the Yamaha that couldn't jive with unfortunately. I wish I could have, but I am definitely loving the sound design aspect of the Nord. Just plain fun and emotional for me
