I finally got around to pre-ordering it today and I can honestly say I've never been so psyched for an album! It's like this glorious fusion of how weird Late Of The Pier, and by extension, Eastgate with his curt lyrics and fantastic electronic experimentation could be, mixing with Mockasins easy and effortless psychedelic thrills and guitar riffs. This album is a mellifluous melody of marbled warps, honeyed whispers and silky voyages through the ever exciting, ever dynamic world of these two wonderfully talented individuals. By far, the freshest, most innovative and exciting album of the year, and I truly can't wait till I have it in my hands. Japanese Love/In Love is my favourite song of 2016. At least until I get to enjoy the rest of the album that is. A wait worth it.
