How does it work?
This is a brainwave entrainment music track using isochronic tones combined with music. The music has also been embedded with amplitude entrainment effects, where the music is subtly distorted and vibrates in unison with the same frequency of the isochronic tones. This brainwave entrainment session cycles through a frequency range of 10Hz in Alpha (which can help with memorization and learning) and up to 14Hz in the Beta range (which will help increase focus and concentration).
Headphones are NOT required for this video.
How should you listen to this?
You can listen to this track with your eyes open while studying, reading or doing other activities requiring a good concentration level.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.
