8 to 9 Kaju (Cashew nut)

1/2 Tsp Saunf (Ani seed)
1/2 cup water

1 Tej patta (Bay leaves)
1/2 Chakri ful (Star Annis)
2 Long (Clove)
2 Hari Elaichi (Green cardamom)
1 small Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
1 Tsp Saunf (Ani seed )
6 to 7 Lasun ki slice (Garlic)
1 inch Adrak slice (Ginger)
1 Strip curry Patta(curry Leaves)
1 Big size Onion slice
1 Medium Size Tomato slice
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Degi Mirch powder or Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder
1 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup water
1 Pinch Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp salt
Idiyappam
1/2 cup Chawal ka ata (Rice flour)
1 cup water
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1/2 Tsp salt
1 1/2 cup water in cooker
Serve with Mulga Pudi powder
