The fluffiest and most delicious apricot tart in the world! If you too love shortcrust pastry and tarts, whether they are fruit tarts or chocolate tarts, I suggest you try this recipe. It's one of the first doughs they taught me in the pastry course: the shortbread 3 2 1! Yes exactly! A pastry impossible to forget: 300 g flour 200 g butter 100 g sugar and 1 egg, in addition to the aromatic part.
Basically remember one thing: the more butter there is in a tart, the softer it will be, the more sugar there is, the crunchier it will be. Depending on how you want it, adjust these 2 quantities but to get started, I suggest you use my recipe!
