Chicken Legs Recipe:
Ingredients:
-Chicken Legs with thighs 3(900g)
For Marination:
-Salt 1/2 tsp
-Red chilli 1/2 tsp
-Garlic powder 1 tsp
-Paprika 1/2 tsp
-Black pepper 1/4 tsp
-Dried parsley 1 tbsp
-Lemon juice 1tbsp
-Oil 1 tbsp
-Yogurt 1tbsp
*Mix all these ingredients and marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours.
*First, Air fry chicken at 200 C for 20 minutes then change the sides and again air fry for 10 minutes.
*Prepare the glaze sauce (2tbsp mayo, 1tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp chilli garlic sauce, 1tbsp lemon juice) and spread on both sides of chicken legs.
*Serve it with roasted vegetables or fries.
