Not really,just very early Prog before they had a real differentiation between that and Psych. See also:The Moody Blues,Arzachel,and Procol Harum.

@@WocklessGamingforAnimeMoms This really doesn't sound like Red era King Crimson to you? Yeah I know there was prog music around this time that was developing, but this feels like a way heavier strain of that, like the earliest stylings of progressive metal imo. Also none of those bands are as heavy as this. Also that stuff you listed is way more psychedelia/symphonic rock influenced, that's why I point out how odd this track is, it's prog that is already eschewing those influences and going towards a more heavy direction for the time.
