How cool is it that John Etheridge not only plays like my man FZ, but also looks like Frank only without the famous mustache??? Sure: Mr. Holdsworth (R.I.P.) may have arguably been the best guitarist to have ever played with Soft Machine, but John just happens to be my personal favorite. Every time I listen to this, I just close my eyes and envision Mr. Zappa playing here. That said, John Etheridge is the English Frank Zappa...
