Ellen, I absolutely LOVE your channel!! I just recently printed out many of your recipes. I use a Zojirushi and I’m new to bread making so I’m thankful for all your tips and tricks! The soft pretzels are next on my list to make! I would love for you to share a banana bread recipe & video!

Hi Callie. Thank you! I’m so glad you like my channel. You’ll love the soft pretzels! I do not make quick breads in the Zo. They tend to over mix, under bake, and just don’t work well.
