Don't know what label fits but my head is cluttered with this background "noise" (constant nonsense) which can make me quite anxious and stressed. It's not reasonable and I recognize that fact but it still keeps me from sleep and more but with this running it goes away. I wear hearing aids and have a blue tooth device that feeds it directly to my ear (from lap top or phone) so I can pull it up on my phone and have it constantly in my head. Far superior to any pharmaceutical for eliminating anxiety/stress.
