I will make up for it today Day 10: i have skipped updating, but have remained consistent. I must cover all of precalculus by the first of September.

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸 ( This comment isn't originally mine, but I think it can help a lot of people :) )

While I agree with most of this, I personally want to suggest some things that I believe are better. You should not listen to music at all, but mainly degenerate music with degenerate lyrics that will gradually be implanted into your brain and warp your mental perception of society (this brown noise is fine to listen to). When you study with music, you are dependent on that dopamine rush or pleasure you feel when listening to music. When that dopamine rush doesn't satisfy you after listening to music everyday for so long, you turn to other things to fulfill that pleasure you once had, which ultimately leads to more distractions and a deviation from your study/work goals. Additionally, just try to be focused for as long as possible, which means that if you feel like you can do more and work longer, do it. Don't take breaks when you don't feel like it. There is no need to interrupt your work flow with timers, breaks, and anything of the sorts. If you start your work at a responsible time, which may be hard for some people, and push through it, you'll be good!

In the silent halls where rhythms clash, All rappers paused, their voices hush. From Mindful Frequencies, a unique stash, Brown noise released, in a gentle rush. Echoes of thoughts, in whispers merge, A sound so deep, it sings a dirge. Yet within its depth, a creative surge, Artists in awe, as new paths emerge. In this lab of sound, where silence is gold, A noise was born, both fearless and bold. The rappers stood still, their craft to behold, For in that brown noise, a story unfolds. ✌️

sounds like this often work in comforting the human brain because it mimics the sounds we experienced in the womb! Everything a bit muted, and under water since we're in the fluids of our mother's uterus. It's also why some people find great comfort in being swaddled up tightly in heavy blankets, or submerging themselves under the warm water of a bath. The isolation, but comfort of warmth/knowing someone is with you but also no one will bother you either is a very natural and comforting thing for most mammals. Even puppies tend to fall asleep easier in their new homes when they can be near their new owners, hearing them breathe, their heartbeats, or when they have a warm, dark place to rest that mutes the sounds of the outside world and provides a safe little nook to both observe and just exist and rest without having to be on alert.
