I listen to Christian rapper KB while I exercise..the beats are 🔥& the words are edifying… movie soundtracks are a good idea but listening to dream girls soundtrack while I exercise will make me take even longer 😂

Do you have microlocs? Do you mean it won’t hold a curl with a curling tool or with braid outs/twist outs too?

@@JOSETTEBIANCA yes I have microlocs since 2017. A braidout may last a few days but when I use rollers the curls drop in 24 hours.
