Very relaxing, thank you. I’ve been dealing with panic attacks and severe anxiety for the past year. I’ve done CBT and EMDR therapy, but one thing that really helped me is a book called ‘The DARE Response’, which I really recommend, especially if your anxiety isn’t situational/social.
