Veal schnitzel in fine sauce, soft as a soul. Natural steak recipe.
This is the only recipe you need for nice and tender veal schnitzels. We don't need a knife since the meat literally falls apart and melts in the mouth. Saft is irresistibly delicious. This recipe is a must try.
WE WILL NEED:
Veal leg
butter 20 grams
parsley
garlic
spices: salt, pepper, dry spice, sweet pepper
AND THE RECIPE IS:
✅ Slice the veal schnitzel, make a small cut on the sides and break it apart with a hammer
✅ Season both sides with a little salt and pepper. Dip the steaks in flour on both sides.
✅ Fry for 10 minutes until they are slightly browned. During frying, we will put a little butter on each steak, so that they will be softer
✅ Remove the meat from the pan and fry the garlic for just one minute. With constant stirring, add 2 spoons of flour and add water until you get a nice sauce
✅ After the sauce has boiled, return the steaks and stew them for 30-40 minutes at a medium temperature. In the process of stewing, turn the steaks from time to time, so that they do not stick, and add water as needed
✅ When the schnitzels are almost ready, we will season them, and we used dry seasoning, sweet pepper and fresh parsley
