I blend my shadows to be a light wash because I’m afraid of a bold eye. This is right up my alley. Also, Emily is the Bob Ross and Julia Child of makeup. Happy trees and who’s gonna see, it all washes off in the end. ❤️😍👍

I so remember your first round of melasma. I seem to remember you using Estée Lauder double wear to completely cover it. I bought that foundation after seeing what it did to your complexion. I hope my memory is right. I do still use that foundation when I want full coverage.

YES- the Double Wear Maximum Cover. The melasma was so dark & contrasted so much with the rest of my skin tone... but that stuff could cover it up!

I’ve had melasma for about three years now, the first being the worst. I consulted with a dermatologist who told me that none of the laser treatments would really help. Melasma is brought on by heat which is typically how lasers work. Anyhoo, sunscreen is your best friend and hydroquinone is helpful at fading the dark areas.

The Tarte CC undereye corrector is something I use everyday, I am so glad you are using it and telling other people about it! It works so well to correct my dark circles, I have tried everything and still use the Armani and Pixi correctors sometimes. Then I dab a couple dots of shape tape and I am all set! I also use mineral veil as my last step to soften all of my makeup. I really loved this look and definitely will start pumping my eyelash curler because my lashes are so hard to curl. I usually warm up my eyelash curler with my hair dryer, but with the added pumping action I think they will hold the curl so much better.

Hey i just wanna tell everyone who is reading the comments that you should never give up on youtube no matter how few views or subs you get. Giving up will be the biggest mistake you’ll ever make. I know it’s frustrating to work so hard on a video only to get a few views and barely any comments but trust me, you will get there. I used to have only one person commenting on my videos and I almost gave up but I slowly started gaining more subs and views and now that I look back, I’m so glad i did not give up, and i hope you dont too. Im spreading the word to prevent people from giving up because I believe in all of you.
