I'm loving your drills! Thank you! I played in college 20 years ago and have been coaching a jr high team and a 14u comp team. I feel like Some things have changed since I played. I would love a refresher on cut off coverage. It seems like everyone does it different. I have a different opinion than one of my assistant coaches but I would love to hear about coverage situations from your view. Thanks so much!

Thank you, Janette! If there's a play at 4, I have my first base cut anything from left center to right field. 3rd base will cut if it's left field to the line. If the ball is hit to the fence, my middles cut.

I play softball and I live in ohio, do you recomend any good drills to do to keep out head down on the ball

You can keep it simple and whatever infield drills you are doing where you're fielding a ground ball, freeze for like 2 seconds when making contact with the ball to really make sure your eyes are behind the ball.
