Softball Slapping Drills You Can Do At Home By Yourself

#1 - Start in your cross over, hitting the knob down on the ball
#2 -Start in your normal set up and do the same thing with out the pause
#3 - Start in your crossover, taking knob down, pausing for a second or two, and finishing the swing down
#4 - Bottom hand swing only
#5 - Start in crossover, go down to contact, bring the bat back to normal and swing
#6 - Start in crossover, swing and stop at extension
#7 - High tee
