I agree (Mark). I too, deal with this every practice. I am fortunate to have a couple of girls that will at least give it a go and when they do they find that the throw requires considerably less effort and the motion is much more fluid. MOST of the ladies at our league throw in such a manner that if they continue to play, will need surgery. "Unteaching" those, what have become very bad habits, is VERY difficult. You and I, and all those here like us, must keep on teaching the correct (and safe) method!

I have used this but a lot of girl have been taught the wrong way and it is hard to get them to use this. They fight me and the parents seem to think I am crazy. I will keep working at it but boy are hard habits hard to break. Thank you

This is awful information ladies! This is not how you learn to throw! Follow High Level Throwing if you want to learn correctly. So sad!!!

Never do wrist snaps. Talk about developing bad throwing mechanics. This entire video needs to come down. This was painful to watch.
