Thanks for that tip about turning your palm away from you when you load up to throw. I had been keeping my palm forward and kept getting tricep pain. I turned it away during my catch session today and no more pain in my arm!

thank you so much for talking about where to put your weight which I fail to find in all other tutorials and also is the reason why i always feel awkward after the spin.

I hate hearing peoples Grandparents yell "elbow up" from the stands. Great video! So much bad advice on hitting on KZbin. And people like Antonelli (and Meg Rem Black)who get too much credit teaching bad habits that led to him hitting like .100 when he played. Ruining hundreds of thousands of swings! He needs to keep that mess to himself. Lol!

I'm 41 years old and have kids who can swim better than me. I can't swim. People ask, what would happen if your kids were drowning and you had to save them. I'll simply mourn their loss, because why you jump in the pool, knowing that I can't swim. Smh

I for the life of me can't understand why more players don't utilize the drag bunt instead of the predictable sacrafice bunt. Once you telegraff ANY unsucessful bunt attempt, go back to swinging out. I'm smallish and a contact spray hitter. As lead off my only goal is to get on base and use some speed. I'm disapointed if I'm not hitting 350 plus. Let the muscle guys behind me hit for power up the gaps and the occaisional home run.

This move is possible to block, even for taller defenders because the basketball is already in the air before a taller defender’s feet and hands leave the ground

I loved that one part where I was seeing a beautiful waterline showing from the bottom and moving to the top and passing the top going all the way underwater when you were showing us how to tread water which I loved a lot!🦈🐟🥰🐬👍🌊💧💦😘❤️💕😊🐳👙🐋

This was a good demonstration...not always the case in other videos...videos that do NOT show the feet at a 45° angle ir do Not stress having the ball facing Down out of the glove and throughout the process are terrible....and there are several of these floating around Also not overemphasizing bringing the glove into your body on the follow thru is good. Another well viewed video emphasizes "tucking the glove in"...totally wrong. Nice job...😂

You should have done this video with a man, not a woman which has a LOT more body fat and therefore can float a LOT easier.

Thank you, I started playing slowpitch, after almost 2 decades of not playing baseball. Great reminder on how to do grounders. I see it a lot popping out with people not covering, or not bringing it in. And with the larger ball size it happens more for me.

i’m so glad to say that I finally make it but still in short period of time. my next goal is able to tread at least 2 minutes. It works guys. But you need to try & find out the appropriate position of YOUR OWN BODY because everyone has different body structures. Even one-inch lean forward or backward can make a huge impact. goodluck 😊
