I just can't believe that a voice like yours could utter the words "I'm not a singer". I won't accept that! Your voice is utterly stunning. I am a singer too (yes, too, because you ARE a singer) and I go out to folk bars where people regularly sing and your voice is the best that I've heard in a long while. It's absolutely stunning! Btw, I've done some opera training, so I know something about technique, and honestly, most people who call themselves singers can't sing softly and with the control that you have. Skinny Love was originally written and released in 2007 by Justin Vernon, known as Bon Iver. He once explained that the song describes an unhealthy, or "malnourished" relationship. It may be "skinny" in that it doesn't have weight, or just the idea that it's thin and fragile. Genius lyrics has great insight on the rest of the lyrics! I love the original version and Birdy's cover.

I can definitely tell it's not professional, but I think that's what makes it so beautiful. It's very natural and doesn't sound forced like a lot of singers do. Okay I don’t comment that often on… basically anything but here I am.. I am an absolute fan of music. That much that I‘m gonna join the choir in our college. But there are very few voices that I really like. I like voices like Ariana Grande‘s or a more recent one from my own country being Remo Forrer. But they don’t come close to what I heard here. I didn’t even need to think about subscribing but just did it. This is… wow… It’s still playing as I‘m writing this and… wow… that’s all the words I can find.
