Soft & slow videos are the best ones to get actual sleep to. These types of videos cause extreme drowsiness & that’s what we need. I do not understand how some people prefer a loud banging fast ASMR to fall asleep too but then again that’s just me. These are my favorite type of videos personally.

I'm not totally sure, but I think upload frequency has something to do with it. I've noticed that channels who have skyrocketed in subs upload at least twice a week🤷‍♀️.

Emma, I genuinely mean this when i say that very rarely, nowadays do you find someone that does these types of videos better than you! No silly repetition of words, no strange noises, just slow, soft whispering, but the main thing is you know how to tap and how to make your audio work with the tapping & how to tap i.e. slow, soft & gentle like asmr videos were originally & what they still should be today. I adore the color scheme and background but I totally get what you’re saying. I can only watch the first trigger before needing to put my phone down because it’s too bright even on the darkest setting. Sucks because I’m mostly a visual trigger person but thankfully she’s good enough to just get me with sounds. Most videos from all channels are too bright for me to watch if I’m serious about sleep

Wonderful video, Emma. I’m several hours late watching this, but man was it worth the wait. I’d like to start off by saying that I absolutely loved the warm-toned colour pallet of this video, as it gave the whole experience (at least for me) a super cozy feel to it, which I rather enjoyed. Everything sounded wonderful in this. I especially enjoyed the candle holder, notebook, and wooden mortar and pestle tapping sounds in this, so thank you for including all of those.
