40000 Diram = 90k Inr, A software Engineer with 5 years of experience can easily get 90k salary in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Delhi NCR. I am doing Work from home and earning 55k (2421.99 diram) with 2+ years of experience. IT job market is better in India than Dubai. I would rather say that US IT market is shining and better than India.
