This one in particular is pretty detailed, but I think you need something like this if you have 100-150~ or more engineers, which I'm sure CircleCI at least has.

​@@DaveXiang I see, then this makes the fact that the life of an engineer is hard all the more true since the competition is so high. Especially, if you work for a big organization (i.e. FAANG) where everyone is trying to climb the ladder. I rather work for a smaller company for a more laidback environment where there is less expectation at this point.

@@emmanuelkofyagyapong6382 I haven't personally worked at a big organization, I've only heard experiences from my friends. No matter where you work, you could be very busy or very laid back, it depends on the organization. All the organizations have very different cultures. In my opinion, there is a little big of a trade off. At a big company, you will get paid more, but will be faced with more competition. It may be harder to "climb the ladder." At a smaller company, you may get paid less but may have more responsibilities out of necessity, which results in faster personal growth.

Im pretty sure that is is really tough spending your time on making meaningful things that can affect others in a positive way while focusing on your job. Im a frontend developer who works in korea and I was curious what drivens you? Like what are your motivations?

@@user-ic7yc5wl7p That's a very interesting question. In terms of making content, I'm a motivated sometimes for personal reasons because making content allows me to understand it more deeply. At the same time, it can also be helpful for others. That's personally why I like writing because I understand things better after writing about it. Overall, I do enjoy trying to continuously get better at my craft, whether it's personal or professional-almost like a video game character leveling up.
