This is very true!, In Sri Lanka, there's no enough salary for software engineers to do these kind of check-ups. Also, the government taxed these poor employees who are working so hard by devoting their own health. Government should support IT industry very well to improve the country's economy. For that the human resources should be healthy in mentally and physically first. Such a stupid government never fix the current economic situation in the country.

I got fatty liver stage 2 in 2020 due to lack of exercise. Then I exercised at home and brought it to stage 1. But it was not cery effective. 3 months ago I started going to gym 4 days per week and reduced the ammount of rice I eat. However I ate from restaurants at least once a week. And did a checkup recently and fatty liver was gone. My advice is to go to a gym frequently and do a lot of cardio and eat less amount of carbs
