Good presentation! Worked there under this process for a couple of years. It takes some getting used to, and has it's quirks, but does have its advantages. One quirk is that the time tracking is to a 10th of an hour (6 min). I still use a modified version of the time tracker spreadsheet. Came in very handy when I was asked about an excess of overhead work one time. I pulled out each of the instances where the boss had asked me to do a special, non-project task, how long each took, and showed the sum of those times was the "excess overhead." Anyway, congrats, guys! ISHPI has good folks. Cool to see you again!
