Software Security Education with the OWASP Secure Coding Dojo

▬▬▬▬▬▬ 📝 ABSTRACT & BIO ▬▬▬▬▬▬
The OWASP Secure Coding Dojo (@SecureCodeDojo) is an open-source platform for delivering software security knowledge. The Dojo can be used in various settings, from university classrooms to large enterprises. Lessons include vulnerability information, code examples, and testing guidance. In this episode, we deploy the Dojo and discuss organizing events. We also demo some fun challenges.

Paul Ionescu (@cloudsecpaul) has been an active member of OWASP since 2017. Paul was a co-leader of the OWASP Ottawa Chapter and he is the creator and project leader of the OWASP Secure Coding Dojo. Paul has worked in software development for the past decade and a half, building tools and processes for securing products and services.
