Yeah he would remove comments. I remember one that he removed specifically and the person was telling Mark that he was enabling Rebecca. Mark still doesn’t believe that he enables Rebecca but he does. He’s still in denial about being an enabler 🤷🏽‍♀️. It’s not his fault that Rebecca is who she is but he enables her to remain how she is.
@Krinsta1
@Krinsta1 6 ай бұрын
@christinacreates2393 it's really hard to see the enabling when you are in it. Enabling itself is pretty complicated to understand. Mark is a photographer, not a psychologist, and he genuinely cares about Rebecca. You can be enabling someone just by giving them a slight compliment. Rebecca being so entitled is another thing. That's part of the equation.
@Krinsta1
@Krinsta1 6 ай бұрын
@user-zn9zj4pl4b we have to remember Mark is a photographer and not a psychologist. Enabling is a complex thing, and Mark is a person who is trying to be part of the solution and not part of the problem. People who don't understand the complete picture of enabling would see being called one as pretty negative. It's just as hard to face as being an addict. Harder, maybe because enabling comes from a place of love and caring for others, whereas addiction is coming from the opposite side, selfishness and entitlement being a big part of it.

I walked out with 3 items and priceless experience. I can vouch to say he has an amazing spirit and energy as well as a way of making you feel so beautiful and amazing. Mark just finally realized he was codependent and if his financial support led to R's death he didn't want to be responsible. Mark's had a tough month the Whittacker's of WV also blew up their deal with lying about a death in the family to get drug money for BJ and embarrassing Mark on social media channel. Some idiot content creator showed up to throw shade on Mark helping the family with GoFundMe. Money they squandered on who knows what then said they didn't realize call that money was not from Mark's money but gofundme account. About $100k but taxes were paid out of it. Cosmo may have been an addict, but he still managed to somewhat keep a job, friends, family, and wasn’t nearly as far gone as Rebecca. I’m glad both Cosmo and Joe saw right through Rebecca, his sense of entitlement, how self-centred he is, and they weren’t afraid to let Mark know that all he’s doing is enabling, and Rebecca’s totally playing Mark because he can! Mark was being reluctant not wanting to admit how much he spends on Rebecca or he’s in major denial. There’s absolutely no way Mark was only giving Rebecca money sporadically three or four times a year! Watch the videos! He pays for everything; unlimited cell phones, hotel rooms that don’t get used, food, numerous shopping sprees where there’s no spending limit, wigs, clothes, handbags, shoes, transportation, cigarettes, drug money, paying him for each video, being his personal chauffeur while getting his car disgustingly trashed, has clothes for him at his studio, and more. Mark has said that Rebecca’s often at his studio in the morning looking for money. I’d like to have a dollar for every phone he’s given him, only to be sold/traded for drugs within hours. Mark’s only fooling himself about his reality with Rebecca! I love Mark, but his defence about Rebecca was way off for whatever reason.
@kimyarmuch120
@kimyarmuch120 6 ай бұрын
I picked up on that, too, the defensiveness and how much he actually gave. Mark is understandably hurt and disappointed in Rebecca, but he's not owning his part in it. Cosmo seems to just kind of let it go out of politeness. Mark saying "I didn't enable shit..." ehm....that's anger and it's not honest. Rebecca is no saint, certainly, but it's easy to make her the villain entirely and Mark the innocent victim; that's not really fair, in my opinion. Rebecca is already vulnerable and on the fringe; blaming her for behaving as any mentally unwell addict behaves, such as taking advantage of situations and people, doesn't land for me. In her final video she calls Mark out re: the SWU book, and Mark not asking permission for the photo and quote choices for the book, and Mark feeding on their "non self-worth." Rebecca has a point. It was a complicated dynamic and Mark played his part. I adore and hope for Rebecca like so many do and I believe Mark really cares for her, tried, and got burned; that's rough. Let's hope the months, years ahead bring change that Rebecca herself pursues.

The thing is, as you probably know, in the US the "C" word is one of the last words that's kind of a nuclear bomb. I hope it stays that way. There are too few words that people can use anymore that are like nails on a chalkboard and when used sparingly and selectively, it's awesome. "MFer" used to be pretty raw back in the 70s and 80s, but it's become so common that now it's watered down and doesn't have the same impact. It's just another word. I hope that *unt doesn't go the same way, but I see signs that it will. It makes me sad.

Rebecca is an addict- BUT is also spoiled. Drugs don’t MAKE you a piece of shit essentially. They bring it out of you. Which is why some addicts don’t constantly steal (myself included, when I was in active addiction I had the opportunity to steal and pawn all of my parents stuff and I just couldn’t do it). Then on the other hand you have addicts who will rob their own parents blind Rebecca was clearly very spoiled and self centered- and then became an addict and mentally ill. So it’s very amplified. She may look back once she’s sober and be humiliated, but for right now that’s what’s going on

The part of the interview about Rebecca didn’t sit well with me at all. Mark basically denied enabling Rebecca… but he has multiple prior interviews about how just how much he gave… cash, phones, hotels, shopping, Ubers, etc. Cosmo isn’t buying it tho. But also… the words he chose to speak about Rebecca (she makes my life worse, spoiled little brat, etc)… were ugly. Cosmo was so graceful in her answers. Even when Cosmo called her “an entitled spoiled c*nt”… it was followed with “drug addiction is so self centered “. It was entirely an entirely different tone… it sounds like Mark is attacking Rebecca, the person… but Cosmo acknowledges the behavior is the disease of addiction.
