SOG Snarl Knife

Picked it up for $35. I agree that the traditional grip could pose some concerns in hand to hand combat however try holding it in a reverse grip and it opens up more use for the hand and feels more confident.

This knife is a emergency self defense tool. Something you could wear around your neck that is hardly ever in the way but is there if the day ever comes you need to defend your life and you have nothing else.

I love the design of this knife and thought that it would make a great neck knife but it comes VERY blunt.

Almost bought it but training with a Karambit, Makes Me Say No To The purchase. One reason , it would easily get bound in your hand during a struggle, and rebounding it would be hard to do.

My sheath came messed up, doesn’t click in and out and it’s hard to even get in. 😡

i bought the brous ss tanto; would've bought the SOG version, but that 'lack of a radius' at the base of the knife turned me off.

The handle sucks, the circles are too far apart to put two fingers through. It also comes very blunt from the factory.
