If you think I don't know anything about the manifestation of white privilege you haven't put two and two together. I know very well what the WASPS are capable of and know that is the reason that Italians hold onto the illusion of whiteness in America in any way they can. n paper, Long Island Lolita is white. On her social media she is white. She didn't become a cheerleader in high school by embracing any other part of her ethnic background. She was lucky to be in California where generally people are more accepting of us folks with a permanent tan. But they are not so accepting unless you play the part with a white accent. As a result, she embraced her "whiteness" to the point where she also embraced the racism towards blacks. On that note, tell me how well mixed race marriages are accepted in the Italian community. Sure, some families are enlightened and it's never a big deal. But when I lived in New Jersey I never saw acceptance. The Italian community was insular and protective of its whiteness. So protective that their children weren't allowed to play with my children because we all looked Puerto Rican (no great loss!). There is no flaming way Ponsetto is going to embrace anything except her "whiteness" until she is incarcerated and has to bunk with people who didn't have her privilege.

I've lost my phone before in public...I retrace my steps...I ask maybe lobbies or managers if they've seen or found one...I walk around looking and maybe at MOST ask a few folks if they're near when I was if they've seen one.
