No she's still using balanced mix, she used heady mix here 21:52 because she's sitting down and joking around, however on the stage she's a balanced mix beast.

she usually can carries chest voice up to G5 or G#5, but i would say she is inconsistent with it up there as she mixes a lot too. But up to E5 she is using pure chest voice consistently

both of them were mixed, actually the first one you mentioned has a thicker approach. The G#5s at 19:13 however are straight up chest voice in M1, same for the G at 17:50, pulled up chest voice
