Very interesting. Thank you for sharing! I'm surprised by the lack of police, unless they aren't in uniform. Also, it appears not too many people carry drinks in the alley? Maybe that's illegal. It's no Burbon Street if that's the case. I assume the girls are just to coerce and herd wandering men into the bars

You're welcome. Yes, my understanding is that the girls outside are trying to get people inside, but once inside, the naughty stuff happens in a back room or back at your hotel.
