Quick question, Aren't the dip switches ALSO used to set each battery's address so the computer software can address each battery individually. Pusang and some other batteries use them for this purpose as well as being controlled by the inverter.

Yes, when using the RS232 cable they come into play, unless you are only connecting to a battery individually.

Any word on the DCT port? I am looking at purchasing a Samlex 4200 Watt, 120/240 VAC Split Phase 48V Inverter/Charger. It has onboard solid-state relays with dry contacts that will accept "stop charging" and "stop inverting" signals from a BMS. Thanks!
