Большинство из своих воспитанниц он знает с 12-13 лет. У него свой метод работы в женском волейболе. Зачастую когда команда встаёт и начинает "тупить" , что то резкое , как крики Карполя , помогает команде собраться и встряхнуться. Он это делает не очень часто и в ключевые моменты игры. Девушки, которые у него играют и играли, привыкли к этому, личного там ничего нет. Расскажу один пример. Начало 2000х , чемпионат России , команда Карполя играет на выезде. Счёт 2:0 по партиям, "Уралочка" Карполя проигрывает. Тренер молчал все это время. Затем, весь перерыв между партиями кричал и эмоционально объяснял как нужно играть и что нужно поменять в игре. Следующие три партии подряд команда Карполя выиграла со значительным преимуществом. Карполь один раз за игру кричал , но это было исключительно полезно для команды.

You are right in certain points. Indeed Athens's cicle China and Russia ruled. But Beijing and London's cicles the Brazilians and the Americans were the two most successfull teams and made two consecultive olympic final.It didnt happen fortouitosly, even through there were many strong contestants such as Russia (with it's second consecultive WCH),Japan (bronze in wCH and in the Olympics), Korea (improving a lot) and Italy (got the Champions Cup 09 and World Cup 11) during this Olympic cicle.

Against the Americans would probably be another story, both teams with chance to be the virtual winner. Certainly the Russians would have fought very hard for the gold if they had reached the final.

I was actually talking about the quaterfinals and on... The semifinals were really boring and very easy for both the USA and Brazil (just look at the results). It would've been really embarrassing if neither of them made it to the finals. The only good game in the whole Olympics was basically Russia vs Brazil. If Russia had won the game, I'm sure they would've gotten the gold medal easily because the competition wasn't good enough. Brazil has come a long way since 2010 though.

In the London Olympics, the Americans only won because they played against very weak teams. Dominican Republic for example. And Italy wasn't as strong and they should've been. I must admit that Brazil played a little better in the Quarterfinal Match against Russia. If only the Russians played defensively and they do offensively, they'd be an unstoppable team. But unfortunately they don't. Plus Kryuchkova played terrible. It almost seemed as if they had paid her to play that bad. HA HA!

rafael alex da silva Esse homem nunca foi líder. Ser respeitado é bem diferente de ser temido. Ele intimidava. Existem muitas seleções que não recebem esse "tratamento especial" e são extremamente incríveis. Se você acha as atitudes desse velho sequelado bonitas e necessárias, eu só tenho a lamentar. I do not agree. Russia team played against the weakest teams during the pool phase. Brazil, Korea and China were much thriller opponent than Italy and Japan, besides the fact that the two weakest teams were in Rssia's poll - Algeria and Great Britain.

При всем уважении к успехам команды нельзя не сказать о недопустимых методах работы этого тренера. Когда рядом стоишь ислышиь эти унижения и оскорбления девченок становится не по себе. Федерация волейбола не должна доускать таких к работе. Никто не имеет права унижать достоинство человека ради своих успехов. Волейболистки зависят от него и терпят. В мире много прекрасных тренеров работающих спокойно.

de hecho siempre que él estuvo Rusia avanzó a semifinales desde 1988-2004 y cuando se fue Rusia hasta el día de hoy no ha ganado nada en Juegos Olímpicos, obviamente también tiene que ver que muchas veces Rusia no lleva colocadas ni centrales buenas y eso las perjudican bastante a todo el equipo.

Y respecto a las medallas las dos finales se las dieron vuelta después de ir ganando 2-0 en será. Tenía visión Karpol para mantener la agresividad, sabía que no podían aflojar como pasó finalmente.
