Good video of the food and it looks tasty! But we stopped at the Hotel Best in Playa De Las Americas in August 2019 and the food looked just as good but it was lacking taste. That is the only reason (but also unlimited access to Siam Park) that we are going to try Sol Arona instead. I'll give an update on how the food tastes next week.

We got back last week. The food at Sol Arona was better than at Hotel Best but only just. A good selection of evening meals but only one or two choices ticked the boxes for me. My 9 year old daughter didn't like anything apart from the plain pasta & rice but she is VERY fussy! No Rice Krispies available for breakfast (which she loves) and not much of a selection of other cereals either. I did stick to the 'muesli' with raisins in it and toast with 'marmalade'. I did try the scrambled egg one morning with baked beans & a sausage and was good. Good selection of coffee which was nice. I don't think we will stay there again for a couple of reasons, the main one being the size of the pool, so will probably try another hotel.

Both breakfast and dinner
