Me and the wife stayed for a week Oct 22. As Kev says great location. You can walk to Las Americas in around 30 min if you go by the carriageway but plenty to do here or Las Vistas.. We stayed All Inc as it was only an extra €120 p/p for the week and your sure to eat or drink that. Food was as expected, decent and always something there. Breakfast and dinner was a free for all though for tables and you find yourself clearing a table just to eat, only one staff member on. Lunch was much quieter. Its worth getting a room with a lounge. Air con didn't bother us as we sleep with windows open anyway. Bit of advice most rooms are sea view so don't pay extra and ask for room facing the car park not the pool as the pool gets sun all day and rooms will be scorching. Car park rooms face the harbour and the mountains. Better in my opinion. Would we stay here again??? Absolutely

Great vlog kevin , i got a great deal so looks great for the money i paid. A little worried about the food though did you get to see what the evening meals are like as im down for half board? Im not expecting it to he brilliant but hopefully its ok. 👍👍

I was there literally a week ago. The food is sometimes a strange but there is alot of variety so you can find something. The desserts are better than mains. You literally don't get any free drinks so unless you want to pay bring your own.

Hi Kevin would you recommend this hotel first time in Teneriffe ,family of five and it’s costing 5500 euros with free entry to water park ,a 18 yr old&29th year ild would that area b to quiet fir them as they go out in their own at nite. Thank you love you videos

Thanks , being honest I don't rate this hotel rooms are very dated and food poor but depends on deals , what age is youngest ? Paradise Park is nicer hotel up the hill near quite few bars. 18 year old might prefer las americas.

No air con, cracked patio, dirty room, plug in bathroom, Reception Staff were so unprofessional, the Customer Service lady helped me a lot in an emergency hospital situation…..Never again, miserable atmosphere….💯💯💯

Rooms are basic but how long do you actually use them for? End of the day it's a bed and bathroom. Always go for a room with a lounge just for the room and bigger balcony. They are closing the 23rd Dec for a year apparently for upgrades, but its definitely well worth the money

The worst decision I have made so far! I'm going to share the summary below: "DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!" Cons: - the whole hotel is outdated and very annoying. All furniture is outdated and Smelt terrible. - The bed was very uncomfortable. There is no king bed. they are lying. they connected two single beds. feels like I'm sleeping on concrete. They squeak with every movement. - Pillows are diabolically thin and getting extras is like drawing blood from a stone. - there are only two power sockets in the room. not close to your bed! - rooms are very tired and are in desperate need of refurbishment. - The blankets were old and worn out with holes inside. - You can hear a lot of noise. not possible to sleep. besides, You can hear the neighbor’s fart!! - Pool too small for the hotel. They faked the images on their sites or other parties. The water was totally cold and no such thing as to make it warm. - No fridge! - The staff are not friendly and simply don't want you to be there. You ask a question and everything is an inconvenience for them. - It's covered in flies and it's a free for all with no apparent system. (even in the restaurant) - When you want are eating, staffs come to you and ask questions like "are you finished"? wtf? Let me finish my f**king food. - Gaming room was totally awful. outdated and broken. you need to pay with a coin!! - The elevator is not safe. - There is no drink for breakfast or dinner. even small water. you need to pay for that. (3 euros) Pros: - Great location and excellent bus services right outside the hotel! - Parking - Close to the beach

1 My one son was groped by a prostitute outside the hotel. 2 my younger son found a bag of cocaine floating in the swimming pool , handed it to life guard and security they laughed about it and tossed it in a nearby bin. 3 there is zero air conditioning in the room , just a fan pretending to be AC, our room never dropped below 25c in 14 days i never slept under a cover. 4 The hotel is over 50 Db constantly im a gunsmith i have a decibel meter on my phone it was registering 50DB at 3 in the morning most nights , that the equivalent of some one shouting at you from 30 feet away .....i was on the 5th floor 5 the hotel is infested with cockroaches , they were climbing th3 hotel walls at night to escape the rats so you could not leave balcony doors open. We watched a roach crawl up some ones back and sit on their shoulder at the outside bar one night. 6 All inclusive tricks, water,d down drink and 30 min wait to be served , one staff member serving drinks at one bar in a hotel with 2000 rooms ???? 7 staff are ((mostly)) not miserable just overworked they simply dont have time to be nice to you 8 ignorant staff... a maid walked in my my son naked and called security to report HIM despite there being no sign on the door to say come in and clean , she unlocked the door and walked in as he exited the shower !!!!! 9 1970s hotel never been updated, 2 sockets in the room one for the tv so leaving one not near the bed , you cant have anything on charge and use it from the bed , you cant have anything on charge and watch tv because a UK adapter and the tv wont plug in t the same time as its one double socket. All above are fact not opinion . My opinion ..... Tenerife now smells like Thailand generally speaking like raw sewage from a hospital. Your constantly harassed by prostitutes and African gentlemen trying to sell you plastic junk ,it feels unsafe this was my third and last time there.
