South African hotel magnet Sol Kerzner opens his R1 billion luxury One & Only Hotel in the Cape Town this week. Despite the global economic downturn that has seen the leisure and tourism sector come under strain, the project still went ahead. Cape Town reporter Talia Sanhewe, spoke to Mr Kerzner earlier today to find out more about the hotel, the recession and his future investments into the country.
