The property is designed well, but they missed an opportunity by not ensuring the bedrooms are en-suite - it is just odd how they decided to deal with this element in this era. I cannot see how it will fetch the price, and anyone buying this may be forced to build new bedrooms and repurpose present ones for gym, spa, cinema, sauna, and steam room (assuming you are allowed to build up offcourse)

Beautiful exterior... Disappointing interior, beautiful landscaping it compliments the 4000sqm stand very well, hopefully it's low maintenance. Honestly you buying a blank canvas i wouldn't pay more then R7.5m-R8.5m for this house.

Beautiful views, perfectly positioned stand, nice architecture and farm style look and feel home. However, not a functional internal layout. They should have had bedrooms on top or third level all en-suite and the second floor just living rooms. The scullery does not even have a backdoor exist!!!!

I gasped when I saw the interior. The furniture looks cheap. The kitchen is nonexistent and the bathrooms look unfinished. What a waste. Get somebody to redo the interior or reduce the listing price.

Nice architecture. Horrible inside design. 18mil for a house with no space for a fridge in the kitchen or island? The buyer has to add his own? And no cupboards or vanities in the bathrooms? How do you actually live in that? And the backyard... They could have done so much better; how bout a decent outdoor entertainment area with some kind of pond or aquascaping and lush gardens? Instead we get steps? Disappointing for the price.
