Finally a notification after a long time. I think the handcuff link is too long and not much of a challenge hehe. Salted Egg or Itlog na Maalat or Itlog na Pula actually came from China and is made from duck eggs in salted brine. I think it is only in the Philippines where they dye the eggshells red to differentiate from regular ones. They are best enjoyed with chopped tomatoes alone or even some chopped onions and is what I use as ulam for my rice. I love those big ensaymadas. I can eat them in one sitting.

Salted egg is from duck is it while color origanilly then the seller put color for identify which is chicken egg and duck egg that is what i know hope it will be help😅
