Solala - I'm so happy

Nu sjunger plasten på sista versen!
McDonald's slutar med plastsugrör och fasar ut plastbrickor till förmån för återvunna varianter i havsplast. Feeling i dubbel bemärkelse då vi inte bara fick till ett riktigt gött slagverksgroove med deras utgående grejer, utan också fick säga hej då till plasten med en låt från en av våra absoluta favoritartister.
Bara sugrören kommer att minska deras plastförbrukning med cirka 40 ton. Det tycker vi känns fräscht. Go Donken!

Fast det är väl bättre att de använder plastbrickorna de redan har tills de går sönder istället för att göra nya av havsplasten? Eller är det det dem menar med att fasa ut dem?

Det är det vi menar. Vi använder brickorna tills de går sönder och sedan återvinns dem tillsammans med plast från haven för att skapa nya brickor. :)

Quite disappointed.... I always thought you guys were playing those percussion things. Now I see they have been dubbed on afterwards. Especially the double hits on the small plastic container, he often only does one in the video, yet there are two in the sound track, and on a couple of occasions his hammer was nowhere near it when we got a sound on the sound track. But that makes me wonder if the whole thing hasn't been studio recorded.... Shame, I thought these were always live. Still you are incredibly good regardless!

Sounds like the soundtrack is pre-recorded (voices too). Just imagine the logistics of making a recording in a macdonalds: the acoustics is perhaps a bit wierd, there is a freezer humming in the background, restaurant personal that are eager to start working (perhaps you have 2 or 3 takes to wrap everything up). Completely understandable that you want to use a pre-recording and then film separately.

Well it is a commercial, just got it here on YT. Understandable that its not a live take, but a bit disappointing
